The Principal, Deputy Principal, Specialist and teaching staff are available for interviews. Appointments should be made by telephone (46198 111). Interviews with individual staff members during school hours may be arranged through the Principal.
Parents are welcome to view the school in operation or to discuss aspects of students' progress. Parents who wish to avail themselves of this opportunity should telephone the school, in advance, to enable administrative arrangements to be made.
Earlier in the year students and parents nominated 9 teachers from our school for NEiTA teaching awards for their commitment to education at Pittsworth. I am pleased to be able to announce that Head of Department, Languages, Ms Kristy Thomson has been identified as one of sixty award recipients, nationally. I think that this is a thoroughly deserved and appropriate recognition for Ms Thomson who sets high expectations and challenges her students to rise to those expectations.
School Canteen Awarded:
The hard work and dedication of Mrs Kay Ott, the school’s canteen convenor has been recognized by her being awarded Regional School Canteen of the Year. This is a well deserved acknowledgement for the fantastic job that Kay does in the School Canteen.
